Details

Physics of rare B baryon and meson decays, and charmless decays of B mesons using data from the LHCb experiment at CERN. The project will also involve contributing to the group’s technical responsibility (GEANT4 detector simulation) within LHCb, and possibly to our commitments to the LHCb upgrade. Travel to CERN will be required, with the possibility of an extended stay in Geneva during the studentship.

This project will take place within the Particle Physics group at the University.
