An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our finance function at the University of Auckland.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our financial advisory team. Reporting to the Finance & Business Manager - Technology, you will be responsible for the provision of financial administration support to the central Service Divisions ensuring all finance processes are carried out effectively and within University policies. Duties will include the monitoring and administration of Payment to Procure Process, providing financial support and assistance in relation to service billing and reporting activities, and the maintenance and monitoring of Capital and Leased Asset Management. Being part of a small team, you will also play a key role in supporting other members of the Finance Team as required.
Ideally you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or related business disciplines, coupled with experience working in a large organisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines when required. High levels of customer service, attention to detail, as well as a continuous improvement focus will be strongly considered.
