Salary:  £23,619 to £28,143 per annum

You are invited to apply for the post of Faculty Senior Administrative Officer based at Southampton General Hospital.

This post falls within the Faculty Operating Service (FOS), Medicine. The FOS is a professional service to the University led by the Heads of Faculty Operations (HoFOs). The service works with Faculty Deaneries and Senior Leadership Teams to support those areas of work which provide essential services to the Faculties core business and underpins the achievement of the strategic objectives of the University.

As Faculty Senior Administrative Officer within the Deanery Team you will provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the four Associate Deans and Head of Faculty Operations and will also support Faculty conference and event management.

You must have previous experience within a relevant role and be able to work independently, to manage workload and meet tight deadlines, and work as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Awareness of University processes and regulations would be an advantage.
