Job Details
You will play a vital and active role supporting the efficient delivery of the Clinical Research Network Feasibility Service. Reporting to the Senior Feasibility Coordinator and working closely with the Feasibility Coordinators and Divisional Research Delivery teams, you will provide flexible, high quality administrative support across the function, enabling the teams to meet operational priorities and deliver strategic objectives. This will include inbox management and e-mail triage, data input and database management, drafting correspondence, diary management and coordination and preparation of reports, maintenance and development of office systems, minuting and servicing meetings, knowledge management, travel arrangements and the organisation of key meetings.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels as you will be a key point of contact for Life Sciences companies, academic investigators and research funders. You should be able to work effectively, sometimes independently, in a dynamic team.
The post may involve some travel to meetings within the UK, particularly between Leeds and London to service and minute meetings.

University Grade 4 (£18,412 - £21,220 p.a plus London weighting where applicable) depending upon qualifications and experience.
