About the team

You will be joining our Digital Content Team of six full-time Web Content Designers and Digital Media Assistants. Together, we are responsible for the content, structure and usability of the University’s web presence which gets on average 19k visitors per day.

It is an exciting time to join our team of Web Content Designers. Our Content Team has experienced recent growth, plus our web presence is recognised as a vital strategic tool for the University and is benefiting from renewed backing and investment.

 

About the role

As Web Content Designer, you would be responsible for:

  • writing and designing user-focused content
  • contributing specialist knowledge to campaigns
  • conducting research to assess the effectiveness of content
  • maintaining content at all stages of its lifecycle
  • using data and insights to improve layout and information architecture
  • commissioning and manipulating imagery
