Fellowship summary

The aim of this project is to investigate a potential cross-talk between phospholipid metabolism and the DNA damage signaling in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. 

I seek candidates with a good background in yeast genetics, molecular biology and biochemistry of proteins. The selected candidate will routinely manipulate yeast strains, perform molecular biology techniques (such as PCR and molecular cloning) as well as SDS-Page and western blot techniques. 

The selected candidate will receive a full two-year scholarship to be performed as part of the molecular biology graduate program from UNIFESP (http://biomol.sites.unifesp.br/en/
