Do you have experience of mentoring students in the work place and during their university studies?
Due to the first level 7 apprenticeship programme in the University and the first apprenticeship programme in the Business School, the Centre for Executive & Professional Education is looking to appoint a proactive and dynamic individual with high standards, enthusiasm, drive and determination to deliver a range of high quality employability initiatives across this programme. Your role is to support the apprentice, provide guidance to the company and to liaise with the programme team in LUBS. You will have to manage a tri-partite relationship being a diplomatic, hard-working professional, with excellent communication skills who can work independently, pro-actively and flexibly.You will provide direct and personal support to the Programme Director, but in particular to the students and their employers by effectively communicating with them throughout the programme, and ensuring that their learning journey is regularly tracked and to deal with any issues that arise during the MSc in Senior Leadership. Provide mentoring advice and signpost students to any learning support or resources that will enable them to achieve their learning objectives and develop their personal and professional goals.
