This role requires scientist with proven expertise in tomographic imaging through top-notch publications with reasonable understanding of clinical problems. In particular the individual is expected to conduct research in CT and/or PET signal processing and analysis including image reconstruction and quality assessment. The person is expected to possess sharp ability to drive conception to products. He/She should be able to able to work in global multi-disciplinary teams.
We are looking for candidates with PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Applied Maths having an outstanding track record of publications and demonstrated ability to learn and apply recent advances in medical imaging to solve clinical and imaging problems. He/She must be eager to work in a global team of experienced and dynamic researches to develop the next generation of imaging. Should be a team player with good communication skills.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Candidates should have a strong physics orientation, demonstrably good C/C skills, and familiarity of open source tool kits.
