As a senior formulation scientist you will be involved in leading the development of pharmaceutical products right from proof of concept through to formulation, allowing you to oversee and direct the whole project, seeing you develop and broaden your management and leadership skills. To further strengthen your management and leadership skills you will also be involved in supervising and developing other members of staff.
