This company specialises in the research, development and manufacture of innovative, high quality instruments and immunodiagnostic assays in the fields of multiple myeloma (and other B cell disorders) and investigation of the immune response. They are looking for an experienced sales professional with practical experience of specific proteins and sales experience within one or more of the fields of Haematology, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry and Nephrology. The territory to be covered is Scotland, Northern England, Humberside and Yorkshire. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and will be assisted by an Oncology Sales Specialist who will help with promotion to clinicians and opinion leaders throughout the territory.
You are an ambitious and trustworthy self-starter with at least 2 years experience of selling into the NHS. You have practical knowledge of the NHS Procurement process and ideally working experience of the field of specific proteins and/or myeloma. With excellent planning, organisations skills and attention to detail, you are personable, decisive and outgoing, able to form relationships easily both with colleagues and customers.
MSc or PhD in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology or Haematology
