Qualified Person QP - Northern Ireland - Pharmaceutical

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Person (QP) to join a world class Pharmaceutical service provider joining their highly successful Quality Assurance (QA) team based in Northern Ireland.

This innovative company provides solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries worldwide from research and development through to commercialisation, their services include genomic and bioinformatics services, first in man services, process optimisation, clinical manufacture, packaging and global distribution to name but a few.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Qualified Person to expand and develop their experience in all aspects of Quality Assurance and will include the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

*Batch review, certify and release as required by Directive 2004/27/EU,
*Support the Quality Management System (QMS),
*Write, review and approve SOPs and technical agreements.
*Conduct internal audits and external audits at third party sites,
*Prepare and present reports for product quality reviews and be involved in the investigation of complaints.
*Liaise and co-ordinate contracted QP services as required and manage QP administration resources.

For this position, you will be eligible to act as a QP under Directive 2004/27/EU approved by the MHRA and you must have 1-2 years experience acting as a QP within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Furthermore you should have experience in quality management systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing practice (GMP), audits, and batch release of a variety of dosage forms. Experience in change control and API (Active pharmaceutical Ingredients) would be beneficial. You should be organised with excellent project management and written/verbal communication skills.
