Essential Responsibilities:
The role will report to ULS/LCS Product Service Director and will be based in Dubai. Main responsibilities include Works with functional leadership to develop the framework of established operating procedures to implement new or updated processes / technologies in ULS/LCS Teams with Service teams to execute the different initiatives and projects related to process management, IT and infrastructure Responsible for detailed process requirements collection from employees, delivery of goals and objectives, including project initiation and completion, of technical area by directing activities of others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities Responsible for meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of applications and processes Design and implement framework of performance measurement for different service processes related to Ultrasound and LCS Drives solution identification and implementation recommendations for a variety of internal projects Is responsible to execute and control support PROJECTS that help the product organization achieve its goals Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience with process quality methodology and documentation of operating procedures Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to minimize process conflicts Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills Strong leadership skills BS Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent PMP certified Minimum six years IT experience Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them
