Their Corporate Finance Group which is recognised in the Legal 500 for M&A, venture capital and IPO work is looking to recruit an Associate into the team between 2 to 4 years PQE.
Our client is currently looking to recruit into their Corporate Finance division. You will be 2 to 4 years PQE with UK based experience.
The successful candidate will work with a range of partners across all of the group's work streams (M&A, Private Equity, Quoted Companies and general Corporate).
Our client encourages all of its lawyers (however junior) to have direct contact with clients and other advisers. You will be joining an open and collaborative culture, reinforced by the open plan working environment.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communications kills and be pragmatic, motivated and dedicated and able to work as part of a team. You must be able to demonstrate "hands on experience" across a wide range of Corporate work.
