Role:
Our client is looking for a Technical Customer Service Assistant to liaise with clinical staff in order to arrange the logistics of product delivery. Working closely with surgeons and other relevant staff, the successful candidate will also be required to answer technical questions in order to help the client understand and administer the key product. Based on client sites for two or three days per week, this position will require confidence and a customer focused approach.

Based in Elstree, our client is leading the way in the UK in introducing a new innovative product to market, serving hospitals across the UK. This role would be focused in working with clients on-site, predominantly in the London area.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working in a hospital / clinical environment is essential
- Experience in delivering training / mentoring would be advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills (over the telephone and face-to-face)
- Technical aptitude - training on the product will be given but you must have the ability to understand and communicate complex/technical information
- A can do` attitude is required in order to support other staff across the business
