As a Clinical Leader/Specialist in a growing office, you will be responsible for navigating the clinical research process for the company in a number of European locations. As part of your duties, you will be tasked to negotiate and manage sites, manage vendors, co-monitor to ensure compliance with company goals, and actively participate in establishing our client's operations in the Czech Republic and in Europe as a whole.
As the first Clinical Research position on the team, the role will offer various opportunities for new initiatives. Reporting directly to the European Director for Clinical Research, you will enjoy independence and freedom of action at the same time participating in deliberating company strategy.

Requirements for the role: around 5 years of experience in clinical research, at least 2 of them as a SCRA or LCRA. Knowledge of German would be beneficial but is not required.
