Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead First In Country installations & support the region on all installation related matters as needed . - Provide L2 on site & remote support to direct & distributor FSE's escalations - Define technical training needs within the modality . - Ensure modality tools availability ,calibration & quality . - Have regular visits & audit PPM's ,tools & system logbooks & ensure correct checklist is used . - Reduce average material cost/modality - Analyze EOPL IB & define regional strategy & action plan ,i.e database cleanup to identify active sites upgrade opportunities - Provide the list of the pro active parts & tools needed for the IB Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. Qualifications/Requirements:
High level of technical knowledge & min 5 years experience in Vascular, Interventional products, modality Multi years experience in service Ability to operate and communicate well with the team Ability to plan & organize work effectively Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork skills Good analytical and communication skills Ability to work in multi-cultural remote environment Enthusiasm to drive change
