Essential Responsibilities:
Handle customers incoming calls. Ensure customers are updated on all jobs activities. Take FSE calls & update the jobs as applicable. Prioritize jobs & FSE dispatch to ensure customers satisfaction. Handle pending jobs cleanup & ensure action plans are set for each one of those jobs. Escalate all customer issues & concerns & request CSO's as applicable. Handle preventive maintenance activities & ensure FSE's are assigned & dispatched on time. Transfer the entitled corrective jobs to the remote support team. Apply Smart dispatching and help the distributor service centers consolidate FSEs visits. Ensure MUST data integrity (GIB, Primary FSE, Contract Data)

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum two years Experience in customer handling & on the phone interactions with customers . Very good command in Arabic & English. Very good computer skills ( micorsoft office,outlook ). Ability to operate and communicate well with the team. Ability to plan & organize work effectively Demonstrate effective interpersonal, teamwork skills Good communication skills Ability to work in multi-cultural remote environment
