Essential Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process including:- Acting as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team- Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets- Participation in process improvement initiatives- Participation in pre-sales support activities
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Biomedic, Electronical) and 2/3 years of project management experience,2. Minimum 2 years experience leading cross-functional teams3. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations4. Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work partners5. Ability to work effectively from a remote home office location6. Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and all Office Suites Applications8. Candidate must have a valid driver's license

Proficient in project Management Software such as MS Project11. Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD & Visio12. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification13. ITIL Certification14. Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology
