Drug safety and Medical Information manager - Sweden- Pharmaceutical
A truly exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacovigilance and Medical professional to join a global, multi-speciality Healthcare company specialising in Pharmaceuticals based in Sweden in Northern Europe as a Manager Healthcare Compliance, Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance on a permanent basis.
This expanding and highly successful Healthcare Pharmaceutical Company focuses on high growth markets to facilitate therapeutic advances in the field of innovative medicine including eye care, neurosciences, dermatology, aesthetics, and urologics amongst many others.
As the Manager Healthcare Compliance, Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance you will report to the Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs and have the following responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
*Review, approve and document promotional and non-promotional materials, and contracts along with Healthcare professionals.
*Respond to product related and medical questions from physicians, pharmacists, patients and company employees.
*Document requests and responses in the company's electronic documentation system.
*Compile and maintain abbreviated product information sheets
*Conduct employee training when required
*Local handling of adverse events and product complaints
*Provide support in legal questions concerning national drug and medical device legislation.
*Ensure compliance with local legal/regulatory requirements
The role will require you to have obtained a Degree in life sciences, Medical or Pharmacy and additional post graduate qualifications would be beneficial. You must have direct experience in Medical affairs / Medical Information in the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as experience in cross-functional project teams and a sound knowledge of the Nordic Pharmaceutical Legislations. Additionally, you should be fluent in Swedish and English and be able to work effectively and efficiently. You should have excellent communication skills, be a great team player, with substantial organisation and project management skills.
