Area Sales Manager - Biomaterials - Germany
A market leading medical devices manufacturer is currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join their growing sales force in Germany. This company is renowned for the innovative range of biologics and tissue regeneration materials that they manufacture and sell to healthcare professionals all across the world. Due to their continual success, they require a Field Sales Consultant to develop new business in the South of Germany.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for key accounts in the South of Germany. You will be selling biologics and orthopaedic implants to surgeons and theatre specialists in hospitals across your assigned territory. Alongside this, the Sales Manager will be required to create and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand and product awareness. As this organisation manufactures an innovative range of therapeutic devices, the Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing sales and clinical training for sales agents and key clients; taking a consultative approach to sales.
The successful candidate will have a strong sales background in the medical devices sector; ideally within the orthopaedic sector. You must have a strong understanding of the medical devices industry, with a proven track record of developing new business. As this position is based in Germany, the Sales Manager must speak fluent English and German and will be willing to travel extensively across your assigned region.
