Essential Responsibilities:
Provide post sales application training to customers to ensure the delivery of contract commitments Provide trouble shooting and Questions and Answers to customers during the use of our medical equipment Work closely with Product/Sales/Service/Operation team to handle customer complaints and resolutions from clinical and technical perspective Support marketing through development of advanced applications to differentiate our products Provide pre-sales support to marketing the value of our clinical applications Deliver further customer educations base on the overall marketing strategy of the company
Qualifications/Requirements:
Imaging doctor is preferred (or Radiologist or Nuclear medical doctor ) English communication skills in both spoken and written. Can work under pressure. Very conscientious, responsible and responsive working attitude High integrity and exhibits strong GE values Frequent business traveling is a must
