Category Manager - Fresh Produce - West Midlands
A leading handler of Fresh Produce is currently seeking a Category Manager to join their HQ in the West Midlands. They specialise in the procurement of fresh food around the world for sale in the UK. Established for nearly 50 years now, the company are currently enjoying great success and growth and it is therefore an exciting time to be joining their dynamic team.
You will be responsible for all activities for a specific category including R&D, sourcing, pricing, ranging and promotional activity. You will analyse data from research, agencies and customers in order to maximise brand profiles as well as manage the company's product portfolio within thier key custoemrs.
To be considered for this position you will have a relevant BSc / Msc in Food Science, Agronomy or Biology. Coupled with thiis you will have proven Category or Insight experience within Fresh Produce.
