Senior Occupational Therapist - London - Full Time - Permanent - £33,710 - £47,096
Centrally located in the middle of London; this prestigious private hospital are currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to work in the Acute Neuro Rehab unit.
Reporting to the Lead Occupational Therapist; This role will involve working with a case load of stroke, head injured, SCI and other neuro patients; delivering occupational therapy of the highest quality in a well resourced and supportive environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Managing a caseload of patients with complex needs
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating interventions
- Planning, developing and evaluating the OT services within a designated area; taking responsibility for defined projects
- Providing leadership for junior staff through supervision and appraisal
The successful candidate will hold an Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have registration with the HPC. You will have experience in occupational therapy, ideally in the neurological rehabilitation field. You will have the ability to prioritise, be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work reflectively; critically appraising your own work.
The salary for this position is £33,710 - £47,096 and benefits include 25 days holiday, healthcare and contributory pension scheme. This position is available full time.
This role is based in London and is easily accessible from the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Central Lines.
