My client is a leading communications and branding agency specializing in the field of Medical Communications. They are looking to looking to increases their digital team with the appointment of a Digital Project Manager / Producer, who will work alongside the Head of Digital to ensure the smooth running of the department and liaise with their digital agency, who are based in the US.
The Digital Project Manager / Digital Producer will maintain direct, hands-on responsibility for the execution of day-to-day activities on department engagements. The project managers / producer’s primary responsibility is to align agency strategy/creative with executional capabilities and the agency process. He or she will assist the development of project scope and definition materials including statements of work, functional specifications, wireframes, timelines, estimates and budgets.
The Producer / Project Manager will have responsibility for planning and delivering projects aligning the project needs with the best resources with respect to time, budget, creative style, technical capabilities and quality standards. The Producer will coordinate with project partners and with other agency disciplines to develop, support and maintain agency process and an efficient project workflow. The Producer will participate in creative and strategic concepting, bringing their expertise to bear in envisioning exceptional interactive solutions.
