Legal Counsel - Pharma background. Biotech company.
Working with one of the leading and global biopharm companies in the world, you will join a rapidly expanding Legal team. In a position that is newly created you will be at a early stage in your career with a strong legal background.
Our client seeks a candidate who can hit the ground running n a Legal compliance role for its affiliate in France. You will be responsible for integrating and monitoring compliance activities in line with local legal requirements.
As the role will require local legal knowledge a candidate already based in France will be necessary. Belgium is also a consideration.
Responsible for providing Compliance direction, guidance, support and oversight. Focus will primarily be on France + Benelux, including a potential future responsibility of other North-European countries if needed and assigned by the Corporate Compliance Department.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5 years in a compliance function in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
Policy and process development and implementation experience
Knowledge of compliance within the health care market
