Clinical Operations Manager- Berkshire

As one of the most established and rapidly expanding CROs in the world our client is planning on double digit growth over the next year. Due to this they are in need of a Clinical Operations Manager with a solid background in clinical study line management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Line Management of Clinical Trial Assistants/Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Study Managers
*Delivery of Key Projects to a set timescale
*Budget management
*Recruiting new team members
*Overseeing the quality and consistency of your team
Essential Experience:
*Established experience as a line manager within a clinical research environment
*A solid track record in clinical studies
*UK experience preferred though candidates with European study experience who are now based in the UK will also be considered.
*Minimum life science degree educated
