Our client is a successful manufacturing organisation which is currently undergoing a period of growth. The company is at an exciting stage, and offers a fantastic opportunities for an Analytical Chemist to join its team.
The role of Analytical Chemist will provide the testing and data to support the business quality system to GMP standards. The successful candidate would also be expected to have an input into strategic quality areas for the business such as continual improvement and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a scientific background and previous experience in quality/analytical laboratory testing within a manufacturing environment. Experience of working within an accredited quality environment such as GMP is preferred. The ability to work within a fast-moving, demanding environment, managing relationships with clients, suppliers and staff while meeting and exceeding quality performance objectives is key to the role and candidates will need to be able to demonstrate this.
This role may be suitable for a recent graduate with at least a years placement in a QC environment using ideally GC or HPLC experience also considered
