To you will be assisting senior members off staff in sourcing excellent candidates for various role in the Scientific Engineering, IT and Medical Devices fields. While doing this you will be building a network of candidates meaning the more time you spending building your own network the easier it will be to find candidates, when you find successful candidate you will be rewarded with extra commission.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and have some cold calling telesales experience. If you have a degree it would be ideal for it to be in a Medical Engineering, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Chemical Engineering, Scientific Engineering or Electronics Field (or a similar discipline) along with strong A-Level results. If you do not have a degree you must have telesales experience. Either way you will need a bubbly personality and have no problem engaging people in conversation.
If you have worked in a Recruitment Company previously this would be welcomed, however full training is provided so it is not essential.
