Our client, a leading drug development company, is offering you the opportunity to lead a small team of formulation scientists within a dynamic and innovative environment, whilst working with proprietary drug development techniques across existing products as well as new chemical entities. Our client is a growing drug development company, specializing in inhalation products and technologies, working across all stages of the drug development life cycle with a number of well known brands on the market and an impressive number of products in the pipeline. Experience in inhalation techniques is required for this position as a formulation specialist.
This job offers you the chance to gain experience working with a leading specialist drug development company based in Switzerland. This position will require you to work on metered dose and dry powder inhalers from lab bench scale to pilot scale manufacturing. It will be expected of you to transfer the pilot scale manufacturing and filing operations up to commercial manufacturing site. This opportunity is office and lab based offering you variety within your working day with collaborating and liaising with external API suppliers, manufacturers and clients making up an integral part of this position.
Our client is looking for somebody with a pharmacy degree or above, relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry and ideally someone with a few years inhalation experience, specifically within metered dose and dry powder.
The working environment is English speaking and any additional languages such as French, Italian or German would be a bonus.
