Medical Editor - Healthcare Communications - Buckinghamshire
An experienced Medical Editor is now required for a highly successful Healthcare Communications Agency in Buckinghamshire. As a leading organisation, this agency develops a variety of exceptional healthcare campaigns, and builds strong relationships with their clients. They also aspire to assist their clients in the commercialisation of new products, in order to help maximise the success of products through all stages of the lifecycle.
As the Medical Editor, you will be responsible for editing a wide range of both technical and creative materials on their accuracy, grammar, compliance and readability. With your strong editorial skills, you will manage projects from the initial brief through to the final delivery, to ensure that all projects are completed on time. Furthermore, you will work closely with Copywriters, Medical Writers and Art Directors to promote accuracy across all media.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you should have previous experience within a proofreading and/ or editorial role, with knowledge of standard proof- reader marks. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have a full understanding of the ABPI code of practice.
