An excellent opportunity is now available for a talented Medical Editor to lead an expanding editorial team at one of the leading medical communications agencies in London. This is a successful organisation which delivers a wide range of services and products to their pharmaceutical industry clients. They have a strong reputation in the management of complex projects, which is the result of their fantastic company structure and talented editorial team.
As the Editorial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Editors across two sites; to ensure efficient teamwork and adherence to internal processes. With your strong expertise, you will edit and proofread a wide range of medical education materials to the agreed style, whilst checking the content's accuracy, consistency and grammar. In addition, you will manage the print production process, format PowerPoint presentations and train/ mentor the team.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you should have previous editorial experience gained within the STM Publishing or/and MedComms industry; with proven line management skills. Furthermore, you should demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail and the strong ability to work to tight deadlines.
