Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Device - Yorkshire
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading medical device company based in Wales. This innovating organisation specialise in life saving equipment. This role has been created as a direct result of the company's rapid expansion and growth.
The purpose of the role is to provide maintain engineering support, strong leadership, new devices introduction, writing validation protocol/reports, and complete daily company manufacturing procedures.
The ideal candidate will need to clearly demonstrate good working knowledge of ISO 13485, has experience in implementing and validating. This role requires someone who has hands on engineering experience, ideally on assembly lines. Also because of the type of products this company produces you will need to have been in a highly regulated environment. This experience will preferably have been gained in the Medical Device or Aerospace sector.
Provide technical support to process and equipment development including troubleshooting process materials and equipment related problems .You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills have good leadership skills.
It would be highly advantageous if you are Six Sigma Green Belt accredited, this is not mandatory but if you do not have Green Belt accreditation.
