Over the past 20+ years, our client has been delivering practice management and marketing software and support services to the dental sector. As part of a major global healthcare group with Fortune 500 status and a leading position in the supply of products and services to the medical, dental and veterinary industries, our client is backed by a best of breed and continues to innovate within a growth sector. They now have an exciting and immediate opening in Maidstone, Kent for a Director of Marketing and Products.
As Director of Marketing and Products reporting directly to the Global head of Marketing, you will assume responsibility for 3 key markets (Australia, New Zealand and the UK). This involved role will require you to research our clients’ various markets to understand their customers wants and needs, research competitor strategies relative to internal strengths and weaknesses, maintain and evolve a high level vision for the company’s product and service portfolio and find and work with partners and other companies to strategically expand the product and service portfolio. You will also maintain and develop product direction and high level roadmaps, develop and articulate the unique selling position of a product and service portfolio and drive sufficient leads to enable sales to achieve the company’s growth targets.
This exciting role will coordinate, maximise and share marketing campaigns and materials in all markets to optimise marketing costs across the group and ensure maximum efficiency of resources and own the brand direction and communication strategy for the business globally and enable clear articulation of the product/marketing vision to all business stakeholders both internal & external. The role will also involve regular international travel and will require availability at differing times to offset time zones on occasion when not travelling. Applications are invited from those candidates who possess a minimum of 6 years head of marketing experience who have a proven record of delivering both product development and ROI. You will be a natural leader with global experience gained across the full marketing mix. You will have experience of managing both internal and outsourced teams, global budgeting and data analysis. This exciting role requires a commercially aware candidate that has the ability to lead global marketing initiatives covering numerous themes and messages.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 95k with an additional and generous executive benefits package and annual performance bonus.
