Essential Responsibilities:
- Conducts lab testing tasks of film and sheet components for PV module and OLED display applications;
- Responsible for performing short term and long-term tests to screen material candidates and/or validate the product prototype, providing detailed testing reports on material performance, and comparing differences between samples. Testing tasks include operating lab equipments, data acquisition, data analysis in tabulate/graphic format;
- Coordinate the testing that are set up and performed by CTC Analytical or by a 3rd party lab;
- Understands testing equipments, hands-on to operate them, and also be able to analyze the testing results
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Master above in Engineering/Science or equivalent . 硕士以上学历，工程类或理工科专业
2.At leat 5 years experience with Material Testing and Characterization. Preferably experience in the fabrication and testing of PV modules or OLED devices. 至少五年以上材料测试及表征工作经验, 有太阳能光伏电池组件或有机发光二极管器件制造,测试经验者优先
3.Demonstrated record of self-motivated approach and being able to work in a team environment that is fast paced. 工作积极主动, 良好团队工作能力
4.Computer skills. Office application softwares and data analysis tools. 良好计算机使用技能，办公软件及数据分析软件应用能力
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, open minded and easy going. 良好人际沟通能力
6.Proven analytical skills and good reporting skills. Six Sigma awareness is preferred. 良好数据分析及汇报能力，思路清晰，熟悉六西格马者优先
7.Good oral and written communication skill with both Chinese and English. 良好中英文语言阅读写作能力，英文口语流利者优先
8. Travel occasionally is required 需要出差
