Biotech Account Manager - Laboratory - Ireland
A well-established international biotechnology company is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join their division to cover Ireland. Working with a small but dynamic team, you will enjoy meeting new clients on a frequent basis, attending conferences and negotiating sales. As a field based position covering Southern Ireland, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your scientific sales career into a more Account Management focussed position.
Being based from your home office in Ireland, you will be responsible for the promotion of their innovative range of purification and filtration laboratory products as well as their process services. Working as a core member of their sales division, you will be responsible for planning for sales, developing key accounts and attending exhibitions and trade fairs to promote their products and services.
To be qualified for this exciting position you will be educated to degree level within a biotechnology, chemistry or related discipline. In addition you will have previous in a field based sales, application specialist or technical support position and be flexible to travel throughout Ireland on a regular basis. Due to the travel involved, you will require a current and preferably clean driving licence.
