A major global pharmaceutical company with operations based in Frankfurt are looking for a German speaking Drug Safety Team Leader to assist them in the research, development and marketing of their Card, Oncological, Metabolic and Respiratory portfolio. This role would suit an experienced Drug Safety candidate who may not have Team Leadership experience but is now at that level to take on such responsibility.
The essential function of the Drug Safety Team Leader would be to lead a team of Drug Safety professionals to ensure departmental compliance with EU and ICH guidelines. This would include managing case processing activities, processing of adverse event reports from multi global sources, and ensuring the timely submission of safety reports to European regulatory authorities.
This role would suit a life sciences graduate of 2+ years experience with much experience across pharmacovigilance. Team leadership experience would prove very beneficial, however, candidates without this but who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills will be looked at.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous basic salary from between €45,000 to €55,000 not including a great benefits package. The role will be based around the Frankfurt area.
