Purpose of Role
Leadership of company supply chain planning processes to meet the needs of the business and those of the customers and patients.

Operations Planning
Lead company's Sales and Operations Planning process
Create achievable production plans that meet customer demand and internal considerations of resource and materials planning
Materials Management
Leadership of planning / procurement department
Shelf life planning
Packaging design process
Artwork Management
New Product Introduction
Supplier management / development
Import / Export Management / Distribution
Cold Chain Distribution
Management of third party service providers
Management of controlled drug processes internally and externally
Customer Support (Commercial Partners)
Operations point of contact for commercial activities
Co-ordination of entire shipping process
Supply Contract Management
Clinical Trial Supplies
Leadership of Clinical Trial Supplies department
Support with Logistical / Distribution issues
Person Specification
Supply Chain professional with experience in a senior position within a Pharmaceutical environment
Experience of establishing robust supply chain processes in an evolving business
Third party contract management
Clinical Trial Supplies experience would be advantageous
This is a permanent, full time position based at our offices in the South East.
