As a Clinical Facilitator, you will:
'Facilitates standardized clinical orientation; ensuring that the area/branch and Orientation Host are using approved orientation materials and processes; conducts and facilitates orientation modules as appropriate; ensures the integrity of the orientation program.
'Works collaboratively with area, regional Clinical Operations and Corporate Education teams to identify areas in need of educational support and training; reviews trends identified through surveys, audits and other performance measures to suggest education and training strategies to the teams.
'Collaborates with up-line management on key performance metrics for identified areas of clinical improvement as identified by Clinical Operations.
'Assists in the development and implementation of education initiatives and provides input into the development of clinical education programs to provide operational improvements.
'Attends courses/seminars/workshops, reviews industry publications. Utilizes company resources to keep abreast of relevant clinical and educational developments.
'Assists subject matter experts in the delivery of classes in the virtual classroom
'Plans and maintains virtual classroom logistics, to include virtual calendars and classrooms for assigned course sessions.
'Provides analysis of course assessments and evaluations.
'Provides recommendations for course enhancement, correction based on assessment and evaluation feedback.
'Assists in instructional design effort for virtual and blended courses.
Qualifications
'Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
-A minimum of five years clinical experience and two years clinical staff development or virtual training required.
'Current RN or Therapy licensure in the state of practice plus strong knowledge of home health operations/regulations required.
'A minimum of two years facilitation experience in a clinical environment, and recent experience delivering Clinical Associate Orientation courses preferred.
'Broad knowledge of home health agency regulatory requirements and administration, excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, strong verbal/written communication, and excellent proactive leadership skills.
'Ability to implement effective education programs in collaboration with the Corporate Education & Development department.
