Senior Research Consultant - Health Economics - Rotterdam
A leading Health Economics Outcomes Research Consultancy is actively looking to expand their Netherlands based office with an experienced Senior Research Consultant - to specialise in health econometric modelling. As the largest unit within this international organisation, this unit can provide a stimulating environment to collaborate with multiple major pharmaceutical companies; defining and communicating their products clinical, economic and humanistic value.
As a Senior Research Consultant, you will have the opportunity to produce health econometric models, combining short term trial findings with epidemiological data, to calculate the influence and cost effectiveness of new drugs. Once completed, these economic models are utilised throughout the drug development process - impacting drug development and reimbursement assessments on a global scale.
Responsibilities include:
*Ensuring projects are delivered, both on time and within budget, overseeing the process from inception to completion.
*Write project reports, presentations, abstracts and manuscripts.
*Advising the team on choice of methodology and providing hands on technical guidance throughout.
* Maintain client relationships and provide consultations on possible solutions - ensuring a project is completed in line with their expectations.
*Collaborate with this consultancy's global offices to complete major international projects.
If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, then please be aware that you must be educated to a minimum of Master's level, with a PhD qualification in a relevant subject (i.e. epidemiology, health science, econometrics etc) being highly desirable. The ideal applicant will have no fewer than three years experience in a research consultant/analyst or in a related position, whereby they are able to lend competency when producing health econometric models independently, while guiding a team.
