Our client, a top call centre organisation are at an exciting point of development and looking to hire a customer service manager. You will be in charge of a new client within the digital area. A great role for someone who likes to be involved in building a new department and developing its success.

The ideal candidate for this role will come from a strong customer service background where you have developed your career within a call centre atmosphere. You will have experience using SalesForce and working in a managerial role. Fluency in both German and English are required for this role.

This is a fantastic management role for someone looking to develop their career in a leading call centre in Berlin.
