General Manager- Growing Mid-sized Pharmaceutical Company

My client is a mid-sized (about 200 employees) company, working internationally and now looking to establish their business in Germany. For this reason they are looking for a General Manager to start their business from 'scratch'. Your responsibilities will include making the business development and marketing plans, establishing networks and clients across Germany, selling the products of my client, which are well-known internationally.

Eventually, you will recruit your own team, you will lead the process your way and will be making key decisions for the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to build up something of your own, yet have the support of people that are already a part of it in a different location.

Job requirements:

- 10 years experience in specialty Pharmaceuticals - sales and marketing

- Gastroenterology is a bonus but not a must

- Line management experience (5 years or more)

- German and English fluent
