Finance Manager- Biotech, Gross to Net Sales

I am working with a pharmaceutical start-up company who are currently expanding their finance team. What is particularly impressive with this company is the growth in their sales and profits overs the last 4 years. Most start-ups are in the red for the first 10 years! Hence from a career point of view there is solid growth, while working in a relatively small team where you can learn a lot and have close contact with senior members of staff. From past placements we have made in this company 4/6 have already been promoted in the last 2.5 years!

For this role specifically it will be focused on the US market covering responsibilities for gross to net sales. It is a very important role within the finance team and will require meticulous attention to details. If this could be of interest then please feel free to contact me.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gross to net revenue recognition processes including changes and calculations (Strong accounting focus)
• Quarterly revue reports
• Close collaboration with senior management
• Monthly analysis (FP&A)
• Input towards forecasting
• Management of supporting vendors

Key requirements:

• Over 4 years experience in Finance and Accounting
• Experience within a Pharmaceutical company
• Specific hands on experience with gross to net recognition is critical
• Awareness of regulatory accounting (Sarbanes Oxley)
