Job Details

NonStop Pharma, leading recruitment agency focussed in the healthcare industry, is currently working with an European dermo-cosmetic company for the search and selection of a Commercial Lead for its newly founded Italian-based franchise.

Our client is committed to break into the Italian market and to do so is willing to hire a manager with at least 5/8 years in the dermatology and/or cosmetic business.

The expansion plan will see the opening of an office in Milan and the hiring of different people, marketing and administrative professionals to start with. The next step, targeted for early 2017 at the latest, will see the creation of a sales force where the input of the Commercial Lead will be absolutely key. Basically, you will have the chance to create, shape and strengthen a team of sales reps at national level.

The company will offer a permanent contract that will include generous bonuses and benefits.


Profile

To be considered for this position, you will have:


  • At least 5-8 years of experience within the dermatology/cosmetic/dermocosmetic industry in Italy
  • Fluency in English
  • Line management experience
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated
  • Start-up experience will be appreciated
