Business Change Team
The University of Leeds has a new and ambitious strategic plan. You will join a small influential team playing a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders across the university in the implementation and delivery of the plan, providing specialist process management and leadership skills to facilitate and deliver transformational change.
Typically, the Business Change Team work with initiatives that are complex, multi-faceted, and involve significant organisational and behavioural change. If you thrive on working in a complex environment, where your ability to navigate political and organisational issues are as well developed as your skills in process management, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference in a world-class organisation.
In this role, you will collaborate with other Process Management Specialists and business analysts across the University to help shape a process management methodology and then apply the methodology to a number of early adopter strategic initiatives with the aim of improving and sustaining the successful outcomes.
You will need to develop an ability to balance priorities, deal with complex academic and financial information, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with others in order to succeed.
Working with limited supervision, the ability to organise, coach, evaluate, plan and implement improvements will be critical to the success of the role.
Informal enquiries may be made to Elizabeth Dodd, email E.A.Dodd@leeds.ac.uk
