The Family and Child Health Project at Penn State University is seeking a Research Assistant (Project Coordinator) for a multi-site research project that examines links between stress and obesity in youth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of data collection, including developing training protocols and coordinating staff training, assisting with the development and implementation of study protocols, supervising research staff and undergraduate research assistants, and working closely with data managers and programmers to design/develop/coordinate study forms, instruments and procedures.

A Master`s degree in Psychology, Human Development, Public Health or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on child development and/or family-based research projects. Proficiency with data analysis software packages is also preferred.
