Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities This is a management position and will require a skilled inpidual with excellent marketing acumen and management skills. The work entails working closely with the hospital clinical departments to understand their objectives and then developing strategic and tactical plans accordingly. Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • managing and enhancing the overall scope of the Marketing.
  • developing marketing strategies and tactics that support the Service Lines.
  • overseeing and execute various tactics.
  • being a team player; collaborate with other colleagues.
  • developing and write SOP’s that streamline marketing efforts.
  • working closely with market research to collect data and build an understanding of the health services market landscape.

Requirements

 

  • MBA preferably with an MBBS from a recognized institution.
  • 4 - 5 years’ related experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software / programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform work under pressure and meet deadlines.
