Job Details
You will support student education processes, providing an effective counter service to all students, staff and visitors in the Faculty of Biological Sciences. You will act as first point of contact for the Faculty, dealing with queries and referring students, staff and visitors to specialist services as appropriate. In particular, you will manage processes for collating and returning student work. You will assist Student Education Service teams across the Faculty with project work and you will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Faculty, with other schools and central services.
You will be enthusiastic about and committed to delivering an exceptional student experience with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in a customer services environment with good attention to detail and able to work with little supervision to meet deadlines. You will be an experienced user of MS Office products.
