Job Details

The ideal candidate will have to count on it's previous experience within the sales area. Thanks to its network and skills the company will reach the goal of developing its business within the European market and successfully place the product that the company is planning to introduce by the end of the year. We are talking about products aiming to Orthopedics, reason why the candidate needs an experience of 5 years minimum within the Medical Devices industry with a focus on Orthopedics.

The candidate will also have to manage a good level of English, which is mandatory in order to hold the relations with the European distributors. However, when the business trips won't be required, there will be the possibility to work homebased, reason why the candidate's location is not a requirement that can create particular issues.

Professional growth is guaranteed together with the possibility of opening new offices in a relatively short period of time. The product you'll manage is highly valuable and stimulating. Furthermore it's considered to be the next step of Orthopedics.

Some of the responsibilities the candidate will have to cover are:

  • actively assesse and manage distributor performance in the field to ensure appropriate product positioning and messaging. Make recommendations and takes action as appropriate.
  • Identify, recommend and execute new distribution partnerships.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
  • Gather and assess critical information on country specific market dynamics: trends, competition, pricing, reimbursement.
  • Provide consistent and accurate revenue forecasts. Work closely with distributors with regards to order and inventory management.
