Lead Registration Specialist - REACH
With much of the work currently coming from the REACH registration dossiers, they will also offer the opportunity to develop into new areas of REACH and BPR.
Our client is a proven consultancy offering cost effective and consultative regulatory services within REACH and Biocides . The Opportunity
- The organization is seeking to hire a Scientific profile to take responsibilities for lead registration dossiers.
- As a scientific consultant you will make hazard, exposure and risk assessments. You will work with QSAR models, Chesar, low and high tier exposure models.
- You will be the contact to the client, leading the registration projects.
- Aside from the scientific work, you will have the opportunity to provide regulatory and strategic advice to clients.
- You will be taken along in the strengths of the team, developing yourself in new areas of REACH, such as evaluation, authorisation and in other legislations such as BPR, nano materials, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters or PhD in (applied) Science (Chemistry, Toxicology, Bio-engineering or Biology etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in hazard assessment, exposure assessment and risk assessment under REACH.
- Proficiency in working with IT tools such as IUCLID, REACH-IT, ECETOC-TRA, etc.
- Fluent in English (written and oral). Good knowledge of other languages is an asset.
