Job Details
This is a chance to become a member of the Business Analytics & Insights in Europe, supporting the GEP BU Regional Brand Teams and responsible for the delivery of day to day analytics to the GEP EU LT. This role will give you an indepth international view of the companies operations. This insight will allow you to give a strong support to internal functions within the company such as the branding & marketing departments.
In this role you will be in partnership with identified stakeholders, agree, define and implement business analytics plans that inform business priorities and objectives. While Proactively providing analytical expertise and insights that identify and maximize business opportunities which will have a great impact on business strategy.
The ideal candidate wil have:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Understands the operating environment and its business drivers across the Regional countries. Proven ability to act as a thought partner with commercial clients. Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly communicate the business relevance of technical subject matter.
- Strong team player, experienced with leading without authority in complex matrix and virtual environments, gained through exposure to international, multi-cultural and virtual teams.
